  www/node24: use bundled SQLite instead of system SQLite

Node.js 24 uses the SQLite session/changeset API (sqlite3session_*,
sqlite3changeset_*) and column metadata functions, which require
SQLITE_ENABLE_SESSION and SQLITE_ENABLE_COLUMN_METADATA. The system
SQLite is not compiled with these options. Switch to the bundled
SQLite which has all required features enabled.

  www/node24: point --shared-sqlite at ports SQLite

The ports databases/sqlite3 is built with SQLITE_ENABLE_SESSION and
SQLITE_ENABLE_COLUMN_METADATA, which Node.js 24 requires for its
new session/changeset and column-metadata APIs. The base system SQLite
lacks these options. Add --shared-sqlite-includes and
--shared-sqlite-libpath to ensure configure picks up the port version
from LOCALBASE rather than the base system library.
