  magus: warn when ports lack LICENSE

Recognize the current framework message for ports without LICENSE during fetch log parsing so successful builds are marked warn instead of pass.

Keep the older patch-phase license warning patterns working through shared helpers.

Remove pathfix from USES (aligns with FreeBSD). GSSAPI_NONE selected
