  emulators/qemu: update to 11.0.0; add py-qemu.qmp 0.0.5

- Update QEMU from 9.0.1 to 11.0.0
- Add new emulators/py-qemu.qmp port (0.0.5) required as build dependency
- Regenerate distinfo for new source tarball
- Update pkg-plist, pkg-plist-ga, pkg-plist-tools for 11.0.0 changes:
  - DTB files moved to dtb/ subdirectory
  - New firmware files (ast27x0_bootrom.bin, npcm8xx_bootrom.bin, pnv-pnor.bin)
  - New EDK2 firmware for loongarch64 and riscv64
  - keymaps removed from tools flavor
  - NO_I386 substitution for tools/guestagent plists
- Disable auto-detected optional features to avoid undeclared dependencies:
  --disable-fuse, --disable-fuse-lseek, --disable-jack, --disable-libnfs,
  --disable-libssh, --disable-lzfse, --disable-sdl-image, --disable-snappy,
  --disable-sndio, --disable-spice, --disable-spice-protocol
- Regenerate patch-meson.build: add midnightbsd to bsd_oses/supported_oses
- Regenerate patch-util_meson.build: add midnightbsd to freebsd_dep check
- Update patch-block_export_fuse.c and patch-bsd-user for 11.0.0 sources
- Remove patch-util_cpuinfo-ppc.c (MidnightBSD does not support PowerPC)
- Add BINARY_ALIAS python3=${PYTHON_VERSION} for build compatibility
