  Allow Magus MCP lookup to include unblessed runs

Include the latest complete unblessed run alongside the blessed baseline for each arch and OS version when lookup_port searches by name. This makes recent failing ports discoverable before a run is blessed.

Expose additional MCP tools for AI-assisted port failure debugging, including run port searches, dependency blockers, log excerpts, port and machine events, run comparisons, and distfile metadata.

Document the expanded MCP tool surface in the Magus MCP and web API documentation.
