  cad/gdt: fix fake install path doubling

The port-provided files/Makefile used \${DESTDIR}\${PREFIX}/bin and
post-install used \${STAGEDIR}\${PREFIX}/bin. During bmake fake the
mports framework sets both DESTDIR and PREFIX to include FAKE_DESTDIR,
causing the path to be doubled. Use \${PREFIX}/bin directly since
FAKE_DESTDIR is already incorporated into PREFIX.
