  linux-*: add SKIP_FAKE_ALL=yes to failing linux- ports

Linux compatibility ports install pre-built binaries that do not go
through the normal fake install; without SKIP_FAKE_ALL=yes the fake
phase fails unconditionally. Apply to all linux-* ports in run 639
that were missing it:

  ftp/linux-rl9-curl
  games/linux-enemyterritory-{etpub,jaymod,omni-bot,shrub}
  print/linux-c7-{cups-libs,harfbuzz}
  security/linux-c7-{p11-kit,trousers}
  security/linux-rl9-trousers
  x11/linux-nvidia-libs (also covers linux-nvidia-libs-devel slave)
