  x11/cde: fix fake install QA (#583)

## Summary

- fix x11/cde fake QA by replacing absolute staged symlinks with
relative links
- remove generated .bak files from the staged tree and plist
- make post-install config sample renames safe to rerun

## Validation

- bmake -DNO_DEPENDS fake
- bmake -DNO_DEPENDS check-fake
- bmake -DNO_DEPENDS package
- git diff --check -- x11/cde
- portlint -C reports pre-existing warnings plus work directory fatal
after validation

## Summary by Sourcery

Adjust CDE post-installation to produce QA-clean staging and idempotent
configuration handling.

Bug Fixes:
- Fix fake-install QA issues by replacing absolute staged symlinks with
relative ones and cleaning up generated backup files from the staged
tree.

Enhancements:
- Make post-install configuration file renaming conditional so it is
safe to rerun without errors.
- Standardize man and examples directory layout under ${DT_PREFIX} by
recreating them as symlinks into the corresponding share subdirectories.
