  misc/gnome-getting-started-docs: Regenerate pkg-plist and bump PORTREVISION

The previous pkg-plist was outdated: it contained several tutorial pages and
WebM videos (wallpaper and message response guides) that were removed or not
present in version 3.38.1. It also missed many newly added translation files
(e.g., Persian, Esperanto, Ukrainian). This resulted in a pkg-plist mismatch
during fake staging, failing the Magus build.

Update pkg-plist to match the files actually installed in 3.38.1 and bump
PORTREVISION.
