  x11-themes/plasma6-breeze: add PKGNAMEPREFIX=plasma6- for qt6 flavor

The qt6 flavor produced package name 'breeze' with no prefix, while
qt5 was 'plasma6-breeze-qt5'. Ports depending on breeze via USE_KDE
would get @pkgdep breeze, but the generic name 'breeze' is inconsistent
and caused install failures in plasma6-plasma-integration when the
package wasn't found. Rename the qt6 package to 'plasma6-breeze'.
