  multimedia/mlt7: drop obsolete patches, fix swscale patch hunk counts

mlt 7.30.0 already incorporates the upstream changes from three patches:
- patch-CMakeLists.txt: symlink removal already gone upstream
- patch-src_melt_CMakeLists.txt: OUTPUT_NAME and rename already upstream
- patch-src_modules_avformat_common.c: AV_FRAME_FLAG already upstream

The filter_swscale patch still needed (interlaced_frame not yet removed
in 7.30.0) but had malformed hunk line counts (+170,12 should be +170,14)
and was missing the third trailing context line. Regenerate it properly.
