  www/linux-freetube: use LINUXBASE_REL for STRIP_CMD

bsd.mport.mk prepends \${DESTDIR} to LINUXBASE so during make fake
LINUXBASE becomes fake-inst-amd64/compat/linux, causing the strip
call to look for the binary inside the fake install tree where it
doesn't exist. Use LINUXBASE_REL (/compat/linux) instead, which is
the real host path set before DESTDIR is applied.
