  deskutils/growl-for-linux: fix C23 empty-parameter function pointer error

C23 changed the meaning of () in function pointer declarations to mean
(void) — no parameters. The SUBSCRIBE_PLUGIN struct declared its init
pointer as gboolean (*init)(), but it is called as sp->init(&sc) with a
SUBSCRIPTOR_CONTEXT* argument, causing a "too many arguments" error
under -std=c23.

Fix by giving the pointer an explicit prototype matching the actual
plugin function signature: gboolean (*init)(SUBSCRIPTOR_CONTEXT*).
