  Remove redundant GEMINI.md

GEMINI.md is a legacy rule file pointer containing only '@AGENTS.md'. Since the Antigravity CLI natively supports AGENTS.md for workspace rules, GEMINI.md is no longer needed and can be safely removed to prevent redundancy and configuration drift.
