  devel/courier-unicode: update to 2.4.0

mail/courier-imap 5.3.2 requires courier-unicode 2.4.0 during configure. Update courier-unicode so the nested rfc822 configure check can pass, refresh the plist for the new shared library version, and bump direct consumers for the libcourier-unicode.so.10 change.

mail/courier-imap also links against gdbm when built with the default options, so declare that dependency for fake-qa.
