  openssh: fix stable/4.1 build fallout

Mirror the upstream OpenSSH build fixes needed by stable/4.1 after the OpenSSL/OpenSSH updates. Guard platform-specific headers, add the shared agent listener source to the affected programs, include openbsd-compat for sftp glob support, and fix the ssh-agent -U option typo.
