  textproc/scim: expose ISO 10646 on MidnightBSD

chinese/scim-fcitx needs the SCIM WideString typedef to resolve as wchar_t instead of uint32_t under libc++. Define __STDC_ISO_10646__ in the provider header and keep the consumer aligned so the port builds cleanly.
