  Jenkinsfile: run kyua directly instead of in a jail

The jenkins user cannot create jails. Run kyua test against the
destdir test tree directly rather than mounting devfs, creating a
jail, and using jexec. Use || true on the kyua call so test failures
don't prevent junit result collection. Also remove the redundant
jail -r and umount from the matrix-level post block.
