  math/gmm++: drop MUMPS solver branch

Replace the additive Schwarz MUMPS call with the existing lu_solve fallback so csound does not hit a missing gmm::MUMPS_solve symbol during build.\n\nAI-Assisted-by: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply at anthropic.com>
