  x11/xwd: update to 1.0.10

Update from 1.0.8 to 1.0.10. Upstream now ships .tar.xz, so add tar:xz
to USES. Changes: man page formatting/lint fixes, check for malloc
failures, and optional meson build support (autoconf remains the
default). Built and staged (fake) on amd64; distinfo SHA256 matches the
upstream announcement.
