  mail/roundcube: update to 1.7.2

Sync with upstream 1.7.2.

Both patches were 1.6-era and would not have applied to 1.7.2; their
contents were replaced with the 1.7.2 versions, keeping the mports
filenames.

Drop the top-level .htaccess from RCUBECOMP.  1.7.2 no longer ships
it, so COPYTREE_SHARE would have failed do-install.  The nested
.htaccess files under config/, logs/, public_html/ and temp/ are still
picked up by the recursive FIND, so nothing is lost from the package.

LICENSE_FILE moves to docs/LICENSE.md and PORTDOCS gains the .md
suffixes; do-install-DOCS-on adjusted for the new docs/ layout.

pkg-message documents the 1.7 breaking changes.  Unlike FreeBSD, which
gates the notice at maximum_version 1.6.0, ours uses 1.7.0 so that
users upgrading from any 1.6.x actually see it.

No PHP version spec needed: 1.7.2 requires php >=8.1 <8.6, and all
mports flavors (8.2-8.5) satisfy that.

Built and packaged on amd64 with the php83 flavor.  Other flavors not
validated.
