  www/firefox: update to 153.0.4 (#753)

Summary:
- update Firefox from 152.0.6 to 153.0.4
- refresh retained MidnightBSD patches for upstream source changes
- guard protobuf POSIX 2024 feature selection on the FreeBSD-compatible
target and remove an obsolete protobuf patch

Validation:
- bmake makesum
- bmake patch from a clean work directory
- bmake build
- bmake fake
- bmake package
- bmake check-license
- git diff --check

Tests are disabled by the existing port configuration. Portlint still
reports the port's pre-existing Makefile spacing/style findings.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the Firefox port to 153.0.4 and refresh local patches to align
with upstream changes and FreeBSD/MidnightBSD compatibility.

Enhancements:
- Adjust sqlite-vec extension patch to include system type headers
conditionally and match updated upstream debug configuration.
- Update protobuf configuration to guard POSIX 2024 feature selection on
non-FreeBSD targets and drop an obsolete protobuf stubs patch.

Chores:
- Regenerate distinfo and refresh Python build sites patch to match the
new Firefox release tarball.
