  Changed paths:
    M lang/rust-bootstrap/Makefile
    M lang/rust-bootstrap/distinfo
    M lang/rust-bootstrap/files/patch-AddLLVM.cmake
    M lang/rust-bootstrap/files/patch-vendor_cc.rs

  Log Message:
  -----------
  lang/rust-bootstrap: update to 1.95.0

Follow lang/rust to 1.95.0 so the port keeps producing bootstrap
tarballs that match the compiler it bootstraps, and drop the now stale
PORTREVISION.

Sync the two patches that needed retargeting for the 1.95 sources, both
identical to the copies committed in lang/rust:

- patch-AddLLVM.cmake: upstream LLVM now quotes "${CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME}"
in the rpath origin check and the line moved.
- patch-vendor_cc.rs: the vendored cc crate moved from 1.2.50 to 1.2.55.

FreeBSD's rust-bootstrap distinfo for 1.95.0 records a different
rustc-1.95.0-src.tar.xz than their own lang/rust distinfo, because they
build bootstraps from the pre-release tarball. Both ports here share
DIST_SUBDIR=rust, so use the released tarball that lang/rust already
uses to keep one checksum per distfile.

Validated on amd64: checksum OK, extract and patch apply cleanly with no
rejects, and configure produces the expected config.toml. portlint
reports 15 warnings, all pre-existing on files this commit does not
touch. A full build of the amd64 flavor was still running when this was
committed and the i386 flavor was not built.
