  Mk/samba: remove unavailable version mappings (#797)

Remove the stale 4.20 and 4.22 mappings from the Samba extension. Only
Samba 4.19 and 4.23 have corresponding ports.

Validation:

- cups-smb-backend with SAMBA_DEFAULT=4.19 resolves net/samba419
- cups-smb-backend with SAMBA_DEFAULT=4.23 resolves net/samba423
- SAMBA_DEFAULT=4.20 is rejected as invalid

## Summary by Sourcery

Remove unavailable Samba version mappings and support only the currently
available 4.19 and 4.23 ports.

Bug Fixes:
- Reject unsupported Samba 4.20 and 4.22 selections instead of exposing
stale port mappings.

Enhancements:
- Restrict Samba extension version mappings to the available 4.19 and
4.23 ports.
