  Jenkinsfile: Remove jail-based testing, run tests directly

Replace jail creation and execution with direct kyua test runs to avoid
'Operation not permitted' errors. The Jenkins agent no longer needs root
privileges to create jails.

This matches the approach used in stable/4.1 branch.
