  mfi/mrsas: Replace device printf with sysctl for driver version

Match FreeBSD stable/13 behavior by removing console messages and
using sysctl for driver version reporting.

For mfi(4): Remove device_printf, add SYSCTL_ADD_STRING for driver_version.
For mrsas(4): Remove device_printf (sysctl already existed).

This prevents duplicate version messages when multiple controllers are
present and standardizes version reporting via sysctl.
