  Changed paths:
    M ftp/curl/Makefile
    M ftp/curl/distinfo
    M ftp/curl/pkg-plist

  Log Message:
  -----------
  ftp/curl: Update to 8.22.0

Upstream release 2026-09-02. No security fixes in this release.

Two configure options no longer exist upstream and required Makefile
changes:

- TLS-SRP support was removed from curl entirely in 8.22.0, so
  --enable-tls-srp is gone. Drop the TLS_SRP option, its description,
  and the now-dead IGNORE guard that required OpenSSL or GnuTLS for it.
- --enable-curldebug is gone as well; curl's internal memory tracking
  is now part of the plain --enable-debug (DEBUGBUILD) build and
  CURL_VERSION_CURLDEBUG is marked deprecated in curl.h. Drop the
  CURL_DEBUG option rather than repoint it: the only similarly named
  survivor, --enable-init-mem-debug, is a different feature
  (CURL_DEBUG_GLOBAL_MEM, for curl_global_init_mem()), so mapping
  CURL_DEBUG onto it would silently change what the option does.
  Note --enable-curldebug was already absent in 8.21.0, so the port
  has been passing an unrecognized option for at least one release;
  configure only warns about those, which is why it went unnoticed.

pkg-plist: INTERNALS.md was removed upstream; DEPENDENCIES.md, VERIFY.md
and the four CURLOPT_HTTPSIG_* man pages (RFC 9421 HTTP Message
Signatures) are new.

The MidnightBSD hunks in files/patch-configure still apply cleanly
against the regenerated 8.22.0 configure; verified the midnightbsd-elf
libtool handling, the freebsd*|midnightbsd* striplib case, and the
optimizer-flag-stripping bypass all landed in the patched tree.

libcurl.so.4.8.0 is unchanged, so no dependent ports need a
PORTREVISION bump.

Built, staged, packaged and tested on amd64 with the default
(wolfSSL) options; the upstream test suite reports 1631/1631 OK.
