  Log Message:
  -----------
  *: bump PORTREVISION for the textproc/libxml2 2.15 shared library change (#848)

`textproc/libxml2` 2.15 changed SONAME from `libxml2.so.2` to
`libxml2.so.16` **and** removed ELF symbol versioning entirely — the new
library defines no `LIBXML2_*` versions at all. Consumers built against
the old library were never rebuilt, so they still record a dependency on
`libxml2.so.2` plus version requirements nothing can satisfy, and fail
at load time:

```
ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/libxml2.so.2: version LIBXML2_2.4.30 required by
             /usr/local/lib/libevdocument3.so.4 not defined
```

### Scope

`Tools/scripts/bump_revision.pl -f -l textproc/libxml2` — **436
Makefiles**: 323 revisions incremented, 113 gained a `PORTREVISION`
line. The diff touches nothing but `PORTREVISION` lines (verified: `git
diff -U0` shows no other changed line), and spot-checked ports still
evaluate (`x11/xscreensaver` → `6.15_1`, `x11/yelp` → `42.1_5`,
`textproc/libxslt` → `1.1.43_2`, `www/epiphany` → `47.3.1_1`).

### How it was found

`graphics/evince` failed at `g-ir-scanner` while building `x11-fm/sushi`
(#847). Rebuilding evince fixed it. A scan of installed binaries for
stale version requirements —

```
readelf -V <file> | grep -E 'LIBXML2_[0-9.]+'
```

— found **35 installed ports currently broken** by this, including
`www/webkit2-gtk`, `www/qt5-webengine`, `www/qt6-webengine`, `x11/yelp`,
`www/epiphany`, `multimedia/kodi`, `devel/py-lxml`, `textproc/libxslt`,
`textproc/rubygem-nokogiri` and `filesystems/gvfs`.

### Three things deliberately left out

- **`www/webkit2-gtk3`** — installed as a package but the port directory
no longer exists in the tree. Orphan; nothing to bump.
- **`devel/glade`** and **`sysutils/localsearch`** — genuinely broken,
but excluded by `-l` because neither Makefile declares libxml2 at all
(`glade` has `USE_GNOME=cairo gtk30 intlhack introspection:build`,
`localsearch` just `glib20`) while their libraries link it directly.
That is an **under-declared dependency**, a separate port bug that a
revision bump would not fix; worth its own change.

### Related

- #845 is the same class of bug from `dns/libidn` 1.43 dropping symbol
versioning.
- Unrelated but hit while doing this: `bmake index` is currently broken.
`/usr/libexec/make_index` aborts with `Circular dependency loop found:
glib-2.84.1_2,2 depends upon itself` yet still exits 0, leaving a silent
0-byte `INDEX-4`. I generated a working INDEX by piping the `describe`
output through the perl `Tools/make_index` instead, which has no such
check.
- There is also an unowned compat symlink on affected systems,
`/usr/local/lib/libxml2.so.2 -> libxml2.so.16` (no package owns it),
which masks a clean "library not found" as the confusing version error
above.
