  cad/freecad: drop patches obsoleted by 1.1.1

The port stopped at the patch stage on 1.1.1: the SetupSalomeSMESH
patch no longer matched, and once past it several more patches failed
or were already present upstream. Checked each against the 1.1.1 tree:

- SetupSalomeSMESH.cmake: upstream now tries VTK 9 with the new
  CommonCore component name first and only falls back to vtkCommonCore.
- libE57Format CheckedFile.cpp: upstream carries the BSD platform
  branch and lseek() fallback; __FreeBSD__ is defined on MidnightBSD.
- Selection.h, SoFCSelection.h, SoFCUnifiedSelection.h: moved to
  src/Gui/Selection/ and no longer use std::array.
- SoFCCSysDragger.cpp: file no longer exists.
- MeshPart/App/CMakeLists.txt: pybind11_INCLUDE_DIR already added.
- Geometry2d.cpp: upstream already uses std::endl.

Regenerate patch-src_Gui_CMakeLists.txt so it applies without fuzz.

bmake patch now completes cleanly. Configure and build were not
verified here: this host lacks math/vtk9 and cad/opencascade, and a
py311/py312 docutils conflict blocks installing the pyside6-tools
build dependency chain.
