## Summary
- update Libksba from 1.6.8 to 1.8.1
- include the upstream CMS parser fix for a possible infinite loop
- refresh the shared-library plist entry

## Validation
- bmake makesum
- bmake clean package
- upstream make check: 7 tests passed
- portlint -C security/libksba: 0 fatal errors
- git diff --check
