  devel/glib20: update to 2.88.3 (#892)

Updates GLib to 2.88.3 from the FreeBSD ports reference, including the
2.88 packaging migration and retained MidnightBSD compatibility patches.

Validation: makesum, patch, build, fake, clean package, check-license,
and git diff --check. Tests remain disabled by the port. portlint
reports pre-existing Makefile formatting/style findings.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the glib20 port to GLib 2.88.3 with refreshed packaging and
compatibility patches.

Enhancements:
- Update the GLib port to version 2.88.3 and refresh its packaging
metadata for the newer release.
- Retain the MidnightBSD XDG configuration compatibility adjustment
while updating it for the new GLib test layout.

Chores:
- Remove obsolete compatibility patches superseded by the GLib update.
