  Update gdm to 47.0 (#906)

Updates x11/gdm from 42.0_2 to 47.0.

Updates the modern Meson build and MidnightBSD ConsoleKit/X11
integration, refreshes runtime files and plist, and corrects the license
to GPLv2-or-later based on upstream source headers.

Validation:
- bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package
- bmake test (1/1 passed)
- bmake check-license
- portlint -C x11/gdm (0 fatals; 25 style warnings)
- git diff --check

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the GDM port to 47.0 with refreshed packaging and
MidnightBSD-compatible session management support.

Bug Fixes:
- Correct the package license metadata to GPLv2-or-later.

Enhancements:
- Update the GDM port to version 47.0 and align its runtime files,
dependencies, configuration, and packaging with the newer upstream
release.
- Adapt GDM for MidnightBSD's non-systemd environment through ConsoleKit
and X11 integration, including platform-specific session, display,
logging, and compatibility support.
- Refresh the port patches and remove obsolete build-system and
installation support files.

Build:
- Modernize the port configuration for the current Meson-based GDM
build.

Tests:
- Validate the updated port through build, packaging, test, license, and
port consistency checks.
