  games/swell-foop: update to 48.1 (#974)

Updates games/swell-foop from 41.1 to 48.1, moving to GTK4/libadwaita
and libgnome-games-support2. Corrects the declared license to
GPLv2-or-later and enables icon installation handling.

Validation:
- bmake makesum
- bmake patch
- bmake
- bmake fake
- bmake package
- bmake test (2/2 Meson tests passed)
- portlint -C (0 fatal errors; 6 warnings)
- git diff --check

Packaging note: bmake package created the package successfully, but
emitted a non-fatal realpath warning because
games/libgnome-games-support2 is not present in this isolated worktree
even though its installed package satisfied the library dependency.

Update Swell Foop to GNOME 48.1 and modernize its desktop integration
and runtime dependencies.

- Correct the package license declaration to GPLv2-or-later.
