  games/gnome-mahjongg: update to 47.2 (#971)

Updates GNOME Mahjongg to 47.2 and corrects its multi-license
declaration to GPL-2.0-or-later, CC BY-SA 3.0, and
CC0-1.0.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package,
test, check-license; portlint -C; git diff --check.
