  devel/goffice: update to 0.10.61 (#1097)

Updates GOffice from 0.10.53 to 0.10.61 and removes the obsolete
PORTREVISION.\n\nValidation:\n- bmake makesum\n- bmake patch\n- bmake\n-
bmake fake\n- bmake package\n- bmake test\n- bmake check-license\n-
portlint -C . (0 fatals; NLS and maintainer-mode advisories)\n- git diff
--check\n\nThe libgoffice SONAME remains .so.10; no dependent
PORTREVISION bump is needed.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the GOffice port to the latest 0.10.x release while preserving
its existing ABI compatibility.

Enhancements:
- Update the GOffice port to version 0.10.61 and refresh its package
contents.
- Remove the obsolete PORTREVISION and update the project homepage and
distribution configuration.
