  math/gnumeric: remove obsolete German help plist entries (#1104)

Follow-up to #1101. Gnumeric 1.12.61 no longer ships `help/de/gnumeric`;
the merged plist retained 441 commented entries for those absent files.
Remove the dead entries. The 1.12.61 tarball contains zero
`help/de/gnumeric` paths.
