  x11/xfce4-screensaver: update to 4.20.2 (#1112)

Updates Xfce Screensaver to 4.20.2, removes an upstreamed MidnightBSD
process-detection patch, refreshes staged translations, and enables
mports icon-cache hooks.

Validation: `bmake makesum patch build fake package test check-license`,
clean `portlint -C` (0 fatals), and `git diff --check`. Upstream defines
no tests.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the Xfce Screensaver port to 4.20.2 with current upstream content
and icon-cache support.

Enhancements:
- Update Xfce Screensaver to version 4.20.2 and remove the
now-upstreamed MidnightBSD process-detection patch.
- Enable icon-cache integration for the screensaver’s desktop icons.

Chores:
- Refresh the staged translations and package plist for the updated
release.
