  graphics/libgphoto2: update to 2.5.33 (#1127)

Updates libgphoto2 to 2.5.33.

- Removes the upstreamed symbol-list patch.
- Updates the installed library micro-version; SONAME remains
libgphoto2.so.6.
- Enables the upstream check target.

Validated: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.

Update the libgphoto2 graphics port to 2.5.33 and align its packaging
and test configuration with the new release.

Enhancements:
- Update libgphoto2 to version 2.5.33 while retaining the existing
SONAME.
- Remove the obsolete symbol-list patch and update the packaged library
micro-version.
- Enable the upstream test/check target.

Tests:
- Run the upstream check target during the port test phase.
