  cad/magic: update to 8.3.680 (#1136)

Updates Magic to 8.3.680 and removes upstreamed MidnightBSD
compatibility patches.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check all pass.

The existing GNU linker version-script workaround remains required at
its moved upstream configure location. The staged Tcl module is
unversioned, so no dependent PORTREVISION bump is needed.

Note: the build framework automatically built and installed
x11-toolkits/blt to satisfy Magic's existing LIB_DEPENDS.

Update the Magic CAD port to 8.3.680 and remove compatibility patches
superseded by upstream changes.

- Update the Magic CAD port to version 8.3.680 and align its build
configuration with the upstream release.
- Retain the linker compatibility workaround while removing patches that

- Adjust dependencies and packaging metadata for the updated Magic
release.
