  textproc/libabw: update to 0.1.4 (#1129)

Updates libabw to 0.1.4 and removes the obsolete PORTREVISION.\n\nThe
installed library filename is updated to libabw-0.1.so.1.0.4; its SONAME
remains libabw-0.1.so.1, so dependent ports do not need rebuild
revisions.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package,
test, check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.
