  graphics/evince: update to 48.4 (#1187)

Updates Evince from 48.1_1 to 48.4 and explicitly resets PORTREVISION to
0.\n\nThe prior Hindi PO translation fix is part of the 48.4 release, so
the now-reversed local patch is removed. GPL-2.0-or-later metadata and
existing MidnightBSD flavor/dependency semantics are
unchanged.\n\nValidation completed for full and lite flavors:\n- bmake
patch\n- bmake\n- bmake fake\n- bmake package\n- bmake test\n- bmake
check-license\n- portlint -C (0 fatal errors; existing style
warnings)\n- git diff --check

Update the Evince graphics port to the 48.4 release.

Enhancements:
- Update Evince to version 48.4 and reset the port revision.
- Remove the obsolete local Hindi translation patch now included
upstream.
