  graphics/gdk-pixbuf2: update to 2.44.8 (#1194)

Updates gdk-pixbuf2 to 2.44.8 and resets PORTREVISION to 0. Preserves
the existing gdk-pixbuf query-loader trigger and pkg-plist
postexec/postunexec cache hooks unchanged.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (existing
NO_TEST=yes), check-license, git diff --check. portlint reports only
retained generated work/package artifacts plus existing advisories.

Enhancements:
- Update graphics/gdk-pixbuf2 to version 2.44.8 and synchronize its
library version metadata.
