  games/gnome-mahjongg: update to 49.1.1 (#1198)

Updates GNOME Mahjongg to 49.1.1.

- refreshes the staged payload plist
- corrects the declared bundled licenses to GPL-2.0-or-later and CC0-1.0
- retains the existing GTK4/libadwaita packaging

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (4/4),
check-license, portlint -C (only retained work-dir fatal), and git diff
--check.
