  x11-toolkits/libshumate: update to 1.6.0 (#1204)

Updates libshumate to 1.6.0.\n\n- Refreshes the staged plist for the
upstream documentation, headers, and locale additions.\n- Keeps the
libshumate-1.0 SONAME at .so.1; no dependent revision bump is needed.\n-
Validated with makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (existing
NO_TEST), check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.
