  deskutils/gnome-maps: update to 50.0 (#1205)

Updates GNOME Maps to 50.0.\n\n- Adds the upstream-required Blueprint
Compiler build dependency.\n- Refreshes the staged plist for current
private/public icons, schema, metainfo, and locales.\n- Removes an
unreferenced duplicate icon with a space in its filename because Magus
plist parsing cannot represent that path.\n\nValidated with makesum,
patch, build, fake, package, test (existing NO_TEST), check-license,
portlint -C, and git diff --check. Validation used the correct staged
Blueprint Compiler package because the local same-version installed
record is a stale empty artifact. Merge after #1202.
