  x11/gnome-console: update to 50.0 (#1233)

Updates GNOME Console to 50.0, adds the translations installed by this
release, and enables the port display-test setup so its GUI tests run
under Xvfb.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, env -u DISPLAY
bmake test (26/26), check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.

Update GNOME Console to 50.0 with its new translations and headless GUI
test support.

Enhancements:
- Update GNOME Console to version 50.0 and include the translations
shipped with the release.
- Enable Xvfb-backed display testing so the port's GUI tests run without
an existing display.
