  lang/gjs: update to 1.86.0 (#1262)

Updates GJS to 1.86.0 and switches it to SpiderMonkey 140.

Validation:
- bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test, check-license
- git diff --check

The full package build succeeded against the new SpiderMonkey 140
package. The local GI compatibility patch corrects a void** declaration
to void*, matching current upstream GJS and the installed GObject
Introspection 2 API. Tests remain governed by the port pre-existing
NO_TEST setting.

Update the GJS port to 1.86.0 and migrate its SpiderMonkey dependency to
version 140.

- Correct the GObject Introspection closure address declaration for
compatibility with the updated API.
