  x11-toolkits/gtkmm40: update to 4.22.0 (#1294)

Updates gtkmm40 to 4.22.0 and resets PORTREVISION to 0.\n\nValidation:
bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (Meson: No tests
defined), check-license, and git diff --check. The staged library
retains SONAME libgtkmm-4.0.so.0; pkg-plist adds the eight headers
installed by 4.22.0.

Update the gtkmm40 port to the 4.22.0 release.

Enhancements:
- Update the gtkmm40 port to version 4.22.0 while preserving its
existing library SONAME.

Chores:
- Reset PORTREVISION and add the headers newly installed by gtkmm 4.22.0
