  accessibility/at-spi2-core: update to 2.62.0.1 (#1465)

Update at-spi2-core to 2.62.0.1. The installed SONAME remains
libatspi.so.0 and the existing plist is unchanged. Validated makesum,
patch, build, fake, package, check-license, and diff --check; the port
test target has no upstream test commands.
