  net/glib-networking: update to 2.90.0 (#1471)

Updates glib-networking from 2.80.1 to 2.90.0.

- Refreshes distinfo.
- Corrects the upstream LGPL-2.1-or-later metadata.
- Preserves the existing GnuTLS/libproxy option mapping and loader
integration.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (6/6),
check-license, and git diff --check.
