  plasma6: update KDE Plasma to 6.6.6 (#1482)

Updates `KDE_PLASMA6_VERSION` in `Mk/extensions/kde.mk` and all 53
plasma6 ports from 6.5.4 to 6.6.6, and adds
`x11/plasma6-kwayland-integration`.

KDE Frameworks stays at 6.30.0 and KDE Gear at 25.12.0. Only the Plasma
version variable changes, so there is no `kde.mk` resync and no
component remapping — unlike the Frameworks update, where a resync would
have silently repointed three components.

## New ports

## Upstream-driven changes

- **`security/plasma6-ksshaskpass`** switched from KWallet to
QtKeychain. Now uses `LIB_DEPENDS=
libqt6keychain.so:security/qtkeychain at qt6` and drops `wallet` from
`USE_KDE`. mports already had `qtkeychain` 0.15.0, meeting the `>=
0.15.0` requirement.
- **`x11-themes/plasma6-aurorae`** — `plasma-apply-aurorae.cmake` moved
out of `src/`, and `svg` is now a build-time rather than runtime
dependency.
- **`audio/plasma6-kpipewire`** follows upstream's **6.6.6.1** point
release (`DISTVERSION= ${KDE_PLASMA_VERSION}.1`), matching FreeBSD.
- **`x11-wm/plasma6-kwin`** drops the backported `PATCHFILES` commit
`ef450432`; that fd-ownership fix is present in 6.6.6 (verified in the
source: `F_DUPFD_CLOEXEC` in `session_consolekit.cpp` and
`session_logind.cpp`).

## MidnightBSD-specific work

**`sysutils/plasma6-ksystemstats`** — the patch adopted from upstream
gates `SysctlBackend.cpp` on `CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME MATCHES "FreeBSD"`,
which does not match here, so `NetworkPlugin.cpp` referenced a symbol
that was never compiled:

Changed to `MATCHES "FreeBSD|MidnightBSD"`, the idiom the port's other
patches already use. Note the `#ifdef Q_OS_FREEBSD` guards in the same
patch are correct and untouched — clang defines `__FreeBSD__` here, so
Qt defines `Q_OS_FREEBSD`; only the CMake-level test needed fixing,
since CMake reads the real OS name.

**`x11/plasma6-plasma-workspace`** — 6.6.6 adds
`libclock/alignedtimer.cpp`, which uses timerfd unconditionally.
MidnightBSD 4.0 has no `sys/timerfd.h` (FreeBSD added it in 14.0),
`libclock` is not optional, and FreeBSD's port needs no patch because
their base provides the API.

Two patches guard the timerfd path with `__has_include(<sys/timerfd.h>)`
and fall back to a single-shot `QTimer` re-armed against the wall clock,
so ticks stay aligned to the interval boundary.

The fallback is **not equivalent**: `TFD_TIMER_CANCEL_ON_SET` notifies
immediately when the realtime clock is stepped, while the fallback
re-aligns on its next tick, so the clock applet can show a stale time
for up to one interval after an NTP correction or resume. Tracked for
base in **MidnightBSD/src#516**; once base provides timerfd the
`__has_include` guard selects the native path with no further port
change.

## Validation

**50 of 54 ports** build, stage and package on amd64, including
`plasma-workspace`. All distinfo checksums match FreeBSD's, and all 27
patches were dry-run against the real 6.6.6 sources.

**Not build-verified here:** `powerdevil`, `systemsettings`,
`plasma-desktop`, `kinfocenter` and the `plasma6-plasma` metaport. They
need `plasma-workspace` *installed*, and installing it pulls the
`RUN_DEPENDS` chain `kio-extras` → `samba419`, which does not configure
on MidnightBSD:

`samba419`, `kio-extras` and `plasma-workspace` were not installed on
the test machine beforehand either, so this blocker predates the update
and is unrelated to Plasma. Being investigated separately.
